RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Deliveries are made from Monday - Friday, except weekends and public holidays.
Indicate your preferred timing and contact number at checkout so your order can reach you without delay. Otherwise, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
You will be automatically notified by email once your order is received.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
We will do our best to ensure your items are properly packed but will not be liable for items lost, damaged or held by the Customs in your country. If duties and taxes are applicable, please kindly arrange with and pay directly to the Customs office.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
Merchandise is non-refundable but can be exchanged within 7 working days should you change your mind. Items must be in Brand New (unused, unwashed, unopened) condition, before applicable for exchange with another item of a same value or less, subject to availability. You can call us to arrange for an exchange at our office or pay for a two-way courier service to collect the item for exchange and pick up the new item.
